  • In which regions can orders be placed? (Shipping Information)
    We currently ship our goods exclusively via the shipping service provider UPS & DHL. Deliveries are made for the following regions:Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg, France However, we are already working on expanding our delivery regions.
  • How does the shipping work? (shipping process)
    ​As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. Our standard shipping time is approx. 3-5 working days (delivery period: Monday - Friday) ​ Note: No goods will be shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • When will I get my package? (package information)
    We will send you your package as quickly as possible and, depending on the order quantity, choose the right package size for you. We would like to make the acceptance process as comfortable and pleasant as possible for you and at the same time pay attention to our environment. If you consider your package to be too large in view of the amount you have ordered, we ask for your understanding! Due to current delivery delays from our parcel dealers, it is unfortunately not possible for us to always have the perfect size ready at the moment. You can find information about the status of your order in your customer area (customer account). You will also receive an e-mail from us as soon as your package has been dispatched.
  • How can I pay my order?
    We offer a variety of payment methods. We accept payment by credit card and support, among others, the common providers Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Maestro etc. We also offer the simple payment option via PayPal or Apple Pay.
  • I would like to return an item. (return)
    If you don't like an item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the goods. The direct costs of the return are to be borne solely by you. These costs you incur will not be reimbursed. This also applies to orders/returns from abroad or from other EU countries. You are welcome to return the package via your preferred shipping service provider. ​ Important note: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition. This includes all accessories, labels, tags, stickers etc. In addition, we ask you to ensure that the packaging is neat and appropriate when returning the item. Note on discount promotions: No promotions currently apply.
  • How does the refund of my payment work? (Refund)
    If we have received your return within the above-mentioned period and specifications, we will of course refund you the corresponding amount as soon as possible. The refund will be made within 14 - 21 days after receipt of your return, depending on the payment method you used to order. ​ Note: You will not be reimbursed for the costs incurred for the return shipment
